ARE YOU AN EMPLOYER OR SMALL BUSINESS OWNER? THINKING ABOUT HIRING APPRENTICES, GRADUATES OR UPSKILLING STAFF?
If the answer is YES then come join this FREE seminar on 22nd July 2021 to explore the benefits of employing an apprentice or upskilling an existing employee.
The seminar is designed to give employers and managers a deeper understanding of Workpays apprenticeship programmes and how they can add tangible benefits to their business.
The talk will also cover topics such as the level of commitment required from those on the programme, course content, delivery models and associated costs.
Apprentices gain a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills and behaviours that can be applied across many sectors. In addition to learning how to develop, implement, maintain and improve administrative services, they will develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
As part of the apprenticeship they will develop and demonstrate strong communication skills and adopt a proactive approach to developing skills. The apprentice is also expected to show initiative, managing priorities and their own time ensuring employers see a return on investment, increased efficiencies and competitive advantage.
