Mental Health First Aider training

Harmless’ specialist training team bring a wealth of personal and professional experience around mental illness, self harm, and suicide. This two day adult MHFA course is an internationally recognised programme. After taking it, you will be able to:

• Recognise the symptoms of mental health issues
• Provide initial help
• Guide a person towards appropriate professional help

The adult MHFA course takes place over two full days and will be a mix of presentations, discussions, and group work activities. Instructors provide a safe learning environment and are trained to support you throughout the whole course. If you don’t feel comfortable joining in certain parts, then there is no pressure to.
