Business in the Community’s (BITC) Race Equality Director, Sandra Kerr CBE will share insights and trends from the Race at Work Survey. Sandra will be joined by Richard Iferenta, Tax Partner at KPMG and Chair of BITC’s Race Equality Leadership Team.
The insights in this webinar are from new data published by The Race at Work Black Voices Report. They will provide useful content for employers from all sectors to understand where to focus their efforts to ensure that the UK workplace and wider society is a place that black employees, black business owners, entrepreneurs and communities truly feel that they belong.
This event is free to members and non-members of BITC. It would suit human resources and diversity and inclusion managers, as well as responsible business leaders.
The Race at Work Survey was initially launched in 2015 with the support from BT, Enterprise-Rent-A-Car, KPMG, Nationwide and Sainsburys and again in 2018 with support from the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy which resulted in the establishment of the Race at Work Charter. This Charter now has more than 400 employer signatories including public, private and charitable organisations.
