9.30am to 1.00pm at Nottinghamshire
Nottinghamshire
18.10.2019
9.30am to 1.00pm
Bassetlaw District Council, Cerealto Siro, BBO Stakeholder Managers and partners (including Bassetlaw CCG and Worksop DWP) would like to invite you to this free event for Worksop businesses.
Purpose of the event:
To gain an awareness of how employing someone who may be experiencing certain barriers to work can have a positive effect on your business and, at the same time, how you can change the lives of hundreds of potential employees in Worksop.
A team of experts have been assembled to explain the process of how you can employ and retain talent with a potential barrier to work, such as;
- People with physical or mental health conditions
- People returning to work following a long break in employment
- Ex-offenders
- Ex-military personnel
The event:
Friday 18th October 2019, 9.30am-1.00pm
Worksop Town Hall, Ceres Suite, Potter Street, Worksop, S80 2AH
You will have the opportunity to chat to a number of local agencies who can give you and your business free support and resources to help you:
- Unlock hidden talent
- Attract and retain staff
- Make a real difference in your area.
During the event there will be opportunities to raise questions you may have previously been afraid to ask, and through four short presentations, we’ll give you the confidence and skills to help make a positive change to someone’s life.
Read this letter from Michael Harfleet, UK Chairman of Cerealto Siro, about why Inclusive Employment is important to the company.
