Citizen's Advice Nottingham & District launch 'Help to Claim' Universal Credit service

Citizen’s Advice Nottingham and District have launched their Help to Claim service to provide support to people claiming Universal Credit, from checking whether Universal Credit is right for them through to their first payment.

Free, confidential, impartial assistance will be available in Nottingham, Arnold and Bulwell.

Drop in sessions are available at the Job Centre Plus office on Parliament Street every day and  Loxley House on Station Street in Nottingham on Tuesdays.  Clients will need to ring the freephone number 0800 144 8 444 to book an appointment at Bulwell on Fridays and Arnold on Mondays and Thursdays.

Clients can also access assistance via the free phone service from 8.00 to 18.00 every day – 0800 144 8 444.
