Opportunity & Change Navigator Celebration and Learning Event 23/2/23

In February 2023, Opportunity and Change held a learning and celebration event ahead of project’s closure in March 2023.
Over 6.5 years, Opportunity and Change has supported 1595 people, facing a combination of homelessness, mental ill health, substance misuse, domestic abuse, and offending, to move closer to work. Through employment-related coaching, group-based activities, therapeutic interventions, one-to-one, and specialist support, participants made significant progress in addressing their complex needs, whilst engaging with training, education, volunteering and moving into paid work.
The event included reflections from Navigators who provided the core support to individuals, video case studies and provided an opportunity to thank everyone that was involved in the project.
