Nearly 3 months after the death of George Floyd, Black Lives still matter. Responding in a sensitive, appropriate manner is a difficult task for business, however support is available. Business in the Community’s The Race at Work Charter gives 5 simple steps to integrate race equality into organisations.

The Race at Work Charter was developed from Race at Work surveys and now has more than 400 employer signatories including public, private and charitable organisations.
