Recruiting Inclusively - why this makes sense to your business

Posted 17.02.2020

Are you finding it difficult to recruit new talent to your business?  It’s time to recruit more inclusively – that’s the message in this short video produced by the D2N2 Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP).  By offering more flexible working (for example part-time or an alternative to the standard 9-5) or by recruiting people that you may not have traditionally thought about (young people, ex-offenders, care leavers, people with long term health conditions, ex-Forces, women returners) you can tap in to a new pool of talent for your business.

Find out what help there is to support your business at one of our Recruiting Talent events or visit the D2N2 LEP website for useful resources.
