Working Together to improve the health and wellbeing of our local communities
Stakeholder Managers are working with the health and social care system to ensure that work and volunteering are considered in all plans. This includes ensuring that Health and Social Care Staff are aware of Building Better Opportunities and other employment programmes in their local area. The range of work we are involved in includes working on the mental health strategy, community centred and person centred approaches including social prescribing and workforce development.
This article aims to help stakeholders to understand more about the changes in health and social care and how the Building Better Opportunities Programme and Stakeholder Managers are contributing to these developments.
