Stakeholder Managers

The Building Better Opportunities (BBO) Stakeholder Managers contribute to the overall success of the BBO Programme in D2N2 by engaging and working collaboratively with a wide range of Public, Private and Third Sector stakeholders. They play a vital role in raising awareness of the programme, promoting effective operational and strategic links and sharing best practice, with the aim of embedding employment and skills provision, namely BBO provision, across D2N2.

Stakeholder Managers are employed by East Midlands Chamber as the central host organisation, they link directly with D2N2 (the Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire Local Enterprise Partnership) and are based within the four upper tier Local Authorities (City & County Councils).

They also act as an interface to connect and inform the Employment & Skills landscape and identify gaps and priorities to influence future commissioning.

The Stakeholder Managers have produced quick referral guides to help sign post individuals to the Building Better Opportunities Programme:
Derby quick referral guide
Derbyshire quick referral guide
Nottingham and Nottinghamshire quick referral guide
